Once you have booked yourself in to one of our sessions, you'll be emailed confirmation about your booking including what to bring with you, what to expect and a bit of information about your Trainer.

All of our events are booked using the Event Brite booking system, and we accept payments via PayPal. Therefore you can pay using your credit or debit card or even arrange transfers from your Bank using PayPal.
